Small Jobs/Punch List

Hourly Rate

This services is provided for those that doesn't have a long list of items needed to be done and would rather pay by the hour.

Half Day Service

$150-$300

This service is provided for those in search of half days worth of work to knock out a few items on your punch list. Usually 2-4 hours worth of work.

Full Day Service

​

$350-$500

This service is for those that have a laudry list of items that need to be done around the house. Usually 6-8 hours worth of work.

       Most common items on punch lists are:

  • Drywall patches + paint touch-ups

  • Door adjustments, locks, hardware

  • Caulking, sealing, minor wood rot repair

  • Fixture replacements (lights, fans, faucets)
